Welcome to Vinshine Audio Pte Ltd website ("website") terms and conditions of use. The Vinshine Audio online store is owned and operated under the registered entity Vinshine Audio Pte. Ltd (Company registration 201839078K) incorporated under the laws of Singapore. Please read through the terms and conditions of use carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and please note that items being put in your shopping bag are not reserved. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Vinshine Audio will only be completed when you receive a payment confirmation email from us once your order payment has been accepted and due payment is fully received.

Orders placed but not paid for in full will be cancelled after one day or if payment recovery efforts do not materialise. In the event that we are unable to obtain an authorization for payment due to any unforeseen technical error, or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not fulfil our quality control standards and is withdrawn, Vinshine Audio shall reserve the right not to accept your order without penalty on our part.

Please note that the prices listed on our website are in Singapore dollars (S$).

Customers have the option to use the built-in currency converter feature provides an estimated conversion to USD/EUR/CAD based on the live market exchange rate, however, it does not necessarily reflect the exact rate charged by banks.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in the Singapore Dollars currency, note that the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day from your card issuer when the payment platform processes the transaction.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.

Payment can be made by via PayPal or direct credit card input for payment cards such as  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, etc. You acknowledge that the credit/ debit card that is being used belongs to you or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

Certain credit card issuers may apply nominal foreign transaction fees. Please consult your card issuer for clarification if you have any concerns regarding this matter.

Vinshine Audio Pte Ltd (Singapore) is working actively to combat grey market dealers. This is not just for the interest of our loyal customers, who rely on the high quality products and services they expect from Vinshine Audio; it also protects our company, our brand, our colleagues and their jobs.

Products sold through unauthorised sources from eBay/AliExpress/Amazon/any other websites do not carry a warranty from us. We cannot guarantee the unauthorized sources product origin, whether it is previously used, refurbished or counterfeit. The product may not be as described and/or performed as per the product listing.

Please purchase from the authorized source - Vinshine Audio. All products are shipped in manufacturer's original packaging with warranty support.

Promotional coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may or may not be used in conjunction with other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date as indicated on the website.

In any event that a customer receives additional discounts due to an erroneous coupon code which does not reflect the marketing promotion mechanics that was advertised, Vinshine Audio reserves the right to request for collection of the remainder payment from the customer before fulfilling the order without penalty on our part.

Note that in the event a refund is requested for reasons that are eligible based on our return policy, refunds will take into account the promotional coupons that are applied which would be pro-rated across applicable products in your order.

Store credit coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Store credits have to be used on an order total greater than the value of the store credit coupon amount and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional code or offers.

In the event that applying a store credit causes an order total to be zero we would advise to top up the purchase by adding additional items to your shopping bag as a zero order cannot be processed at checkout.
