Canceling preorders or products with extended lead times is complimentary within the initial 48 hours of placing the order, provided payment was made by credit card. Following this period and/or if payment was made by PayPal, a cancellation fee of 4.5% may be applicable.

In other words, PayPal payments are subject to a cancellation fee. For this reason, we recommend choosing credit card as the preferred payment method to avoid potential fees.

Once an order is processed and shipped, it becomes non-cancelable / refundable.
